Ethical Festa 2023
Date: Thursday, November 23, 2023 (national holiday)
Place: University of the Sacred Heart Building No. 4, Global Plaza of the Sacred Heart
Under the theme of “Are you ready for your regenerative journey?” a market, workshops, and talk shows were held, bringing together brands offering ethical products.
Many people who live eco-friendly lifestyles visited the event and had many wonderful encounters.
In addition, teachers and students from the University of 聖心女子大学 and volunteers from the Ethical Concierge helped in various ways related to the event, reminding us once again that what one person can do is small, but together we can make a big difference.
We are very happy that Organized by Ethical Association of Japan accepted our opinion that it would be wasteful to individually wrap baked goods, which are eaten immediately after purchase, in plastic, and as a result, we were able to sell them in a showcase. (Of course, we maintain strict hygiene control.)
Thanks to your support, UKAI Brooklyn’s baked goods were sold out, and there was even a happy incident when we ran out.
We have not yet decided on our next event as a stall, but we look forward to seeing everyone again soon.
