A look into our Zucchini Bread Baking Workshop.
This was the 12th session of the UKAI Brooklyn Workshop Series, regularly held at MARKET LAGOICE, a greengrocer committed to a zero-waste lifestyle.
This time, we made zucchini bread using summer vegetables—vegan, gluten-free, and free from refined sugar.
Both the morning and afternoon sessions were filled with smiles and joy.
With this final session, our one-year, 12-part workshop series at MARKET LAGOICE comes to a close.
We are truly grateful for all the wonderful connections made through this experience.

Looking ahead, we are excited to announce our next year’s collaboration with Mai Kampo Wellness, a traditional Kampo salon operated by a long-standing herbal pharmacy with over 40 years of history in Taiwan (Location: Mita, Minato-ku, Tokyo).
