Start Date: Sunday, October 20, 2024
Program: UKAI Brooklyn × 脈 mai 意一堂漢方養生
The first session of our year-long course marked a warm first meeting for participants sharing the common goal of cultivating a healthier lifestyle.
We exchanged thoughts on our daily routines, set intentions for the year ahead, and began building a supportive community.
Over the coming year, we will explore various case studies tailored to participants’ personal health concerns.
We look forward to learning and growing together with all of you!

My Health Journey / 日々是好日 – Living Well with Kampo
UKAI Brooklyn (President: Rie Ukai / UKAI & Co., Ltd.), known for its NYC-rooted vegan, gluten-free baked goods catering, has partnered with Mai Kampo Wellness (Director: Sarah Zhang), a Kampo salon operated by a traditional herbal clinic with over 50 years of history in Taiwan, located in Mita, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
Together, we have launched a year-long course beginning Sunday, October 20, 2024, entitled
“My Health Journey: Kampo Lecture & Medicinal Sweets Making”,
