Vegan・Gluten-free Cookies Baking Workshop

The first event was a collaboration with SOILesson vol.1 organized by SOIL Nihonbashi.
The menu consisted of chocolate chip cookies, which are easy to make with familiar ingredients, and White chocolate cookies made with organic lemons from Setoda.
Baking in the open kitchen of SOIL Nihonbashi, with its lush greenery and sense of openness, was held in two parts, morning and afternoon, and was well received by the various participants. It was a wonderful experience for us to see so many participants, from children to adults, enjoying the baking and tea time, and making new friends. Thank you very much.
