Vegan and Gluten Free Brownie Making Workshop

We made brownies and cream toppings for Valentine’s Day.
Baking was held in the open kitchen of SOIL Nihonbashi, a green and open space. We had two sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, and a diverse group of people participated.
It was a wonderful experience for us to see so many participants, from children to adults, enjoying the baking and tea time, and making new friends.
Thank you very much.
The next baking class is scheduled for May. We are planning to offer spring-like recipes.
